Basically Beautiful Cherry Banana Smoothie
• 1 frozen banana*
• 10-12 frozen pitted dark cherries (preferable organic)
• 1 container plain greek yogurt
1. Put ⅛ cup fresh water into blender
2. Add yogurt, cherries, and broken up frozen banana
3. Blend medium- high until desired consistency
4. Enjoy with paper straws!
Easy Add Ons:
• Fiber / added nutrition: two sprigs of kale
• For additional protein: a scoop of peanut butter
* a frozen banana is key as it makes for a milkshake consistency and no ice is needed which compromises the flavor
